Return, Refund & Buy-Back Policy

At Bee Tiny, we take great care in selecting and describing each of our vintage pieces. Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or minor signs of wear that are consistent with vintage clothing.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an item with a fault that was not clearly described or shown in the product listing, you may be eligible for a return and refund.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item

If the fault is confirmed upon inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and return shipping costs will be covered by Bee Tiny.

Bee Tiny Buy-Back Scheme ♻️

We love giving our vintage pieces more than one life. Our Buy-Back Scheme allows you to return items your tiny ones have outgrown in exchange for Bee Tiny store credit.

How to Get Started

  • Please contact us first with clear photos of the item(s) for an initial valuation @ bee.tiny.vintage@gmail.com
  • We will assess the condition and confirm whether your item is eligible for the scheme before any returns are sent

Eligibility

  • Items must have been originally purchased from Bee Tiny's website only
  • Buy-back returns must be made within 1 year of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in excellent, resellable condition
  • No stains, holes, or significant wear
  • Items must be freshly cleaned
  • We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our standards

What You’ll Receive

  • Up to 50% of the original purchase price in store credit
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which it will expire
  • The final value offered will reflect the condition of the item, for example:
    • Excellent condition (minimal to no signs of wear): up to 50%
    • Good condition (light signs of wear): approximately 20–40%
    • Not accepted: items that do not meet our standards will be donated or responsibly recycled

Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
